Arland T. Keeton - Founder/Member
Arland founded the company in 1964. He is personally involved in all projects undertaken by this company. His construction knowledge, gained through experience, is vast. This makes him unequalled when it comes to Value Engineering on a project.
Ima Jean Keeton - Member
Jean has handled office duties for this company since it's inception. She has worked alongside Arland since day one.
Thomas D. Keeton - Project Manager/Estimating
Tom has grown up with the company. He graduated from Oregon State University in 1984 with a BS in Construction Engineering Management. Over the years, he has worked at every "position" with the company. From ditch digging to procurement. Framing to estimating. At some point, he has some involvement in virtually all projects.
Mitchell K. Howard - Project Manager/Estimating
Mick has been with Keeton King since 2000. He has over 35 years experience that covers most aspects of building construction.
Timothy A. Keeton - Project Manager/Estimating
Tim has grown up with the company. He is primarily involved with earthwork, underground, heavy/highway type construction.
Edward A. Gilmore - Project Manager/Estimating
Ed joined Keeton King in 1989. Ed graduated from Biola University in 1986 with a BS in Business Administration. A significant portion of his projects have been Resorts, as well as medical, retail, and general offices.
Richard Elliot - Earthwork Superintendant
Dick joined Keeton King in 1995 but brings over 30 years construction experience.
Lynnette M. Gilmore - Accountant
Lynn has grown up in the company. She is a CPA that graduated from Biola University in 1986 with a BA in Accounting.
